Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may take up to 5 additional business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and external factors such as weather or holidays.
Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are unable to modify the shipping address after an order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders without a valid street address may be canceled.
Order Verification
For security purposes, we may verify billing information before processing an order. If the billing details provided do not match the information on file with your payment provider, your order may be temporarily placed on hold while we verify the information.
Item Availability
In rare cases, items may become out of stock after an order has been placed.
If this occurs:
We may ship the available items first, and notify you about the unavailable item.
Or we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund for that item.
You will be notified by email if any changes are made to your order.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier or post office for assistance.
